Touch & Learn privacy notice
This notice describes the current Touch & Learn Android evaluation build. The app is not available for public installation, and this notice does not represent a completed legal or store-policy review. Last reviewed: 15 October 2026.
Information the app asks for
The current build does not create an account, ask for a child's name, age or email, or provide a text-entry, chat or sharing feature. It does not include advertising or analytics SDKs and does not request the Android internet, microphone, camera, location or contacts permissions.
Information kept on the device
The app saves language, sound and accessibility preferences in app-private storage on the device. Android cloud backup and device transfer are disabled for this app. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it removes these preferences. The app does not send them to Annapurna.
Speech and sound
Sound effects are included in the app. When read-aloud is used, the app passes built-in narration text to the Android text-to-speech engine selected on the device. Touch & Learn does not record microphone audio. The selected engine may have its own network behavior, settings and privacy notice; those are controlled by the engine provider and device owner.

Intended audience
The current product direction is mixed-age family use. No specific age band or Google Play target audience has been selected. Content suitability and the applicable Play Families review remain open, so this page does not claim that the app is cleared for children or for any particular age group.
Release status
This notice reflects a technical review of the current code and merged Android package on 15 October 2026. Content suitability, accessibility, media rights, device behavior, privacy review and Google Play declarations remain open. The notice must be reviewed and updated before public distribution if app behavior or dependencies change.
